In a recent development that signifies both growth and community commitment, Valley Creek Church has received unanimous approval from the Argyle Planning and Zoning Commission to proceed with a site plan for its new campus along FM 407. As a result of these delays, the church had to resubmit its plans for approval.

In a recent meeting, the planning commission also suggested a reduction in the initial parking proposal from 378 spaces down to 350, aiming for a more aesthetically appealing setup with additional landscaping along FM 407. The new landscaping design will introduce an 18-foot buffer and a 3-foot berm, which will enhance the area's visual appeal and serve as a natural barrier.
